Warranty

Guitars and basses have a 1 year limited warranty and are non transferable. Register your warranty through the website within 30 days of receiving the guitar.

This limited warranty will be void under the following conditions:

• The claim filed by someone other than the original purchaser.

• Product has been altered or modified.

• Product missing components such as hard shell case and other accessories.

• Signs of damage or contamination such as but not limited to: moisture, smoke, salt, mishandling or other signs of neglect or lack of proper care.‍

Myers Luthier is not liable for incidental or consequential damages. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. Return shipping may be covered by Myers Luthier only in certain cases.

Returns

Due to the limited and custom nature of our guitars returns are not accepted. Be sure of what you are ordering before purchasing and contact us if additional information about a guitar is desired. These guitars are unique and often take on the characteristics of the player; because of this we cannot offer a trial period on these builds. We do stand by our warranty and will quickly work to resolve any warranty related issues that might arise.
