Shipping

We offer free shipping on all of our guitars and in most cases the guitar will ship out within 1-2 business days.

We carefully hand-pack every order using protective packaging to ensure your guitar arrives safely and damage-free. All guitars ship in a hardshell case which is then securely packaged prior to shipment.

Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a tracking ID for your guitar (one tracking number for each guitar). Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear online.

Shipping Policy

We only ship to the continental U.S and only to the lower 48 states (Excludes: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico).

We do not currently ship internationally. International customers please use local boutique dealers that carry our guitars.

All guitars are hand built in the USA and purchases support many USA based suppliers and small businesses.
